The feminist movement

Hi everyone! Today I will write about the feminist movement, very talked about topic lately. And why? Because It was and is absolutely necessary to talk about this topic.
Day by day we can see how small and big acts of maleness are present in our daily lives. From terrible murders, to discrimination and teasing among children, who are only repeating learned behaviors. Bad habits learned. Why does a child mock a girl for playing football? Why are there designated activities for boys and others for girls? Do we have different capacities? No, we are all equal, and playing should not be limited by the sexist roles imposed by society. This is only a small sample of the many ways in which machismo affects our society, and is one of the mildest. For this and much more is that we must defend our rights and include men in this struggle and this paradigm change. It is time to eradicate all the small and great actions that make us invisible as women, they humiliate us, they attack us, they violate us, they kill us...

That is why the campaign #Niunamenos seems a good start to raise awareness of the majority of the population, because although the fight for women's rights is very old, today seems to be the first time the subject is spoken so massively, and finally we notice many facts that have been normalized in our day to day and that unfortunately, they hurt us. For this reason, #Niunamenos.

Postgraduate studies

Hi everyone!

Today I will write about my future studies. A postgraduate course that I would like to study is something related with Public Health to learn how to fix the factors of inequity or others that are the real causes of the diseases, and not only "to cover teeth", because that's just treating the consequences of the diseases. I really like the practical part of my career, although I sometimes suffer studying and working, I like to examine people, do restorations and all that, but I just feel like I'm not solving the root of the problem. This postgraduate study I would like to do in other country, like France, place where the father of Dentistry was born and lived, and because I love that country, the Eiffel Tower, the architecture and I would like to know the culture of the people from France. Also, I would like to live in that country a couple of years while I study and then after I finish.I would like to study subjects related with the human behavior, or something related with Psychology, that was my other option when I chose to study Dentistry. I want to understand how much the Social Determinants affect people’s health, that is, the level of education, the socioeconomic level and the conditions of life in the developing of diseases, and have tools to try to correct them.

Paranormal experiences

Hi everyone!

Stranger Things is a very good serie, but I must say that not everything that appears there is fiction...

When I was child, since I was born until I turned 6 years old, I lived in a house different from the currently one, with my parents and my brother. In that house happend a lot of stranger things. For example, a normal day, when I was months of life, I was sleeping with my mom In her bed. My dad and brother was in his work and school, respectively. And, according to my mom's story, she felt a heavy hit in her face, like a slap. She woke up, so confused, and she looked at me, that was totally asleep, and obviously, was a baby, I coudn't hace slapped her. She though that was a dream and still sleeping, but when she woke up again and saw her face in a mirror, she noticed that his face was swollen and had a black eye. She got scared and sore and she called an ambulance because we are inscribed in a medical plan that allows that. The doctor didn't believe his explanation, and advised her about family violence. 

Years later, and when many others things happend, went to my house a program of TV, a section of "Buenos Días a Todos" that visites houses with paranormal sucess and a guy that said that he can saw beings of other dimensions. He said, without telling him anything, that my house in the past was a farm and the wife of his owner had beaten my mother out of jealousy, since the pattern of the farm put him in. We sold that house after that.

My future job

Hi everyone!

Today I will write about how I imagine my future job. I'm currently studying Dentistry, I'm in second year, so I think I'll work as a Dentist. I would like to have a nice and peaceful private consultation and also work in the Public System of Health to help people that usually must wait a lot of time to receive assistance.
I really like my carreer, so  I would like to study about some speciality related to Dentistry, like Public Health to learn how fix the factors of inequity or others that are the real causes of the diseases, and not only "to cover teeth", because that's just treat the consequences of the diseases. This postgraduate study I would like to do in other country, like France, place where the father of Dentistry born and lived, but the excercise of the profession I would like to do in Chile.
I would like to have a good salary, not like that of a parlamentarian but a salary that allows me to live quietly to me and my family.
As I mentioned, I really like my carreer, but also I see myself doing other things at some point of my life, like study gastronomía, travel for the world or who knows, people change.
